Sorry I haven't updated the blog, but the WiFi here at the RV park has been iffy all week. When I've been able to get onto the Net, it wouldn't stay up for long. The manager mentioned they were getting a new WiFi setup this week, so I'm hoping that the problem has been solved. I'm using Darron and Ann's computer for this post, so I will not be able to post any pictures yet.
We've been at the Cabin Creek RV Park & Campground for almost a week now. We are slowly getting settled in. Nathan started school yesterday (Friday) and he absolutely loves it. I think he's going to do well in first grade. Brady doesn't start until Tuesday. School has already begun, but we have to see the nurse regarding his diabetes and then talk with the principal as well. He's looking forward to going though. When were there getting the enrollment process started, we talked with one of the counsellors and they told Brady about the electives he could take and the sports he could participate in. He's thinking being in middle school isn't going to be too bad after all. Nathan is a Southwest Elementary Pony and Brady will be a Dixon Middle School Mariner.
Monte checked in with the base and will be checking in with his unit at noon on Tuesday. Once he goes back to work and the boys get settled into school, I'll be able to start job hunting. I just hope I can find something part-time between the hours that the boys are in school.
We had a couple more people look at our house, so that's a good thing. The second couple to look at it really liked it too, but they won't be able to buy until they sell the house they are currently living in. Go figure huh?
Monte, Brady & Darron are out scouting the hunting (for doves) grounds they will be going to on Monday. Nathan and I are hanging out and visiting with Ann and the girls at their house. Its good to get out of the camper and be able spread out for a little while.
Well, that's about it for now. I'll update again as soon as I can. You all have a great holiday weekend and God Bless!
